3. Intellectual property

The “Kwevio” brand, logo, texts, visuals and code of this website are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without prior permission is prohibited.

FACEM WEB is the data controller for personal data collected through the website and the app, in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

Data collected and purposes

Contact form: name, company, email, message — to answer your request.
App account: name, company, email and password (hashed, never stored in clear) — to create and secure your personal space.
Expense data you enter — stored locally on your device by default; synced to our server only if you create an account.
Receipts (OCR): receipt reading happens on your device (images are not sent to a third-party analysis service).
Calendar: calendar access (Google / .ics) is optional and consent-based; used only to pre-fill your trips.

Recipients

Data is never sold or shared. It is accessible to FACEM WEB and its host (OVH) solely for the service.

Retention

Contact messages: up to 24 months. Account and expense data: while the account is active, then deleted on request or after prolonged inactivity.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. The app lets you export and delete your data. To exercise your rights: x.deloffre@facemweb.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French CNIL (cnil.fr).

5. Cookies

By default the site only uses strictly necessary cookies. Any analytics or advertising cookies are set only after your consent, collected via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, session tokens protected, and data access is isolated per user.
